An informed decision
starts here.

Aesthetic medicine combines medical procedures and technologies designed to improve skin quality, facial volume and selected expression lines. There is no universal treatment: the recommendation depends on anatomy, skin condition, medical history and what each person considers a natural result.

During your assessment, we review goals, medications, allergies, previous procedures and possible contraindications. If a simpler alternative is appropriate, treatment should be postponed, or another specialty is better suited to your needs, that should also be explained clearly.

This page provides guidance but does not diagnose or replace a consultation. The final recommendation depends on a professional assessment.

Procedures you can
consider.

This is the clinic’s documented offering. Each procedure has its own indication, preparation, safety profile and follow-up.

Clinical noteAvailability, brand, product, indication and number of sessions are confirmed after an assessment. Brand names do not replace full traceability of the product used.

What we can assess

Clear goals.
A proportionate plan.

Each goal is reviewed separately to avoid unnecessary treatment and organize options with realistic expectations.

01

Skin quality

Assess texture, hydration, pigmentation, scars and signs of sun damage to choose proportionate skin care or procedures.

02

Expression and volume

Review dynamic lines, loss of support and facial proportions without pursuing identical features or an artificial appearance.

03

Combined plan

Prioritize options by recovery time, evidence, maintenance and budget before making a decision.

Clinical assessment

Before recommending,
we need to ask.

A responsible consultation does not begin with a procedure. It begins by identifying needs, medical history, limitations and alternatives.

Talk with our team
  1. 01

Your main concern and desired result, described in your own words.

  2. 02

Medical history, allergies, pregnancy or breastfeeding, medications and previous treatments.

  3. 03

Skin and facial anatomy examination, with clinical photographs only after consent.

  4. 04

Proposed product or device, approved indication, traceability, alternatives and follow-up plan.

From your first visit
to follow-up.

01

Listen

We define what you would like to improve and what you do not want to change. Conversation comes before any procedure.

02

Assess

A medical examination determines whether you are a candidate and which option offers a reasonable benefit-to-risk balance.

03

Explain

We discuss the product or technology, expected effects, limitations, discomfort, recovery and possible complications.

04

Follow up

Follow-up lets us review your progress, answer questions and respond promptly to any warning signs.

Before deciding

Who may be
a candidate?

Candidacy is not determined by a photograph or a trend. These are general guidelines and must always be confirmed during a consultation.

It may be useful to consider if…
  • Adults seeking a gradual, conservative improvement.
  • People willing to share a complete medical history.
  • Patients with realistic expectations and availability for follow-up.
  • Those who prefer a staged plan instead of combining multiple procedures at once.
It is better to postpone or ask first if…
  • Infection, inflammation, wounds or an active flare in the treatment area.
  • Pregnancy or breastfeeding when a product or procedure is not recommended.
  • History of severe allergy, bleeding disorders or medications that require special assessment.
  • Expectations that are incompatible with an anatomically natural or safe result.

Safety and expectations

Safety is part of the result.

Injectables and aesthetic devices are medical interventions. Being outpatient procedures does not make them risk-free.

01

Fillers may cause swelling, pain, bruising, nodules or infection. Accidental injection into a blood vessel is uncommon but may cause tissue necrosis, visual impairment or serious neurologic events.

02

Botulinum toxin is a prescription medication; risks and contraindications depend on the product, dose, injection site and patient.

03

Injectable fillers should not be used for body contouring, and needle-free devices should not be used to inject hyaluronic acid.

04

Patients should know the product name, lot number, expiration date, origin and plan for managing complications.

Information before
your consultation.

01Will I lose my natural expression?

A conservative plan aims to preserve your identity and natural movement. The degree of change should be agreed upon before treatment and depends on the selected indication.

02Are the results permanent?

It depends on the procedure. Many approved fillers are absorbable, and neuromodulator effects are temporary. Duration also varies by product, area and individual response.

03Can I have a procedure on the same day?

Only when the assessment, medical history, consent and safety conditions are complete. It should never be assumed before examining the patient.

04How many sessions will I need?

This cannot be determined responsibly without an assessment. Some goals require one intervention and follow-up; others are addressed in stages.

Your treatment begins
with a good conversation.

Tell us what you would like to improve. An assessment lets us explain whether there is an appropriate option, what to expect and which alternatives are available.
