The Luxury approach
01 — UnderstandA facial can support cleansing, hydration, comfort and the temporary appearance of skin. Intensity does not define quality: excessive exfoliation or extraction can disrupt the skin barrier, increase irritation and worsen dark marks in susceptible skin.
Deep cleansing, microdermabrasion, radiofrequency and energy- or peel-based protocols are not equivalent. We review sensitivity, oiliness, dehydration, sun exposure, home products and recent procedures before selecting proportionate care. Moderate or severe acne, rosacea, dermatitis, infection or changing lesions require medical evaluation.
This page provides guidance but does not diagnose or replace a consultation. The final recommendation depends on a professional assessment.
What we can assess
Each goal is reviewed separately to avoid unnecessary treatment and organize options with realistic expectations.
Remove residue and address comedones when appropriate without unnecessary friction or extraction.
Choose products compatible with the skin barrier, sensitivity and skin type.
Support the facial with gentle cleansing, moisturizing and sun protection that can be maintained at home.
Clinical assessment
A responsible consultation does not begin with a procedure. It begins by identifying needs, medical history, limitations and alternatives.

Acne, rosacea, dermatitis, allergies, herpes, infection and lesions needing medical assessment.
Retinoids, acids, exfoliants, isotretinoin, hair removal, sun exposure and recent procedures.
Current products, previous reactions and available recovery time if a more intensive protocol is considered.
Your experience
02 — SupportWe review the skin’s current condition and distinguish a cosmetic goal from disease requiring diagnosis.
Cleansing, exfoliation, hydration or technology is selected according to tolerance and goal.
The protocol maintains hygiene, appropriate timing and products, adjusting any step that causes excessive irritation.
We recommend a simple routine and a reasonable interval before repeating or combining treatments.
Before deciding
Candidacy is not determined by a photograph or a trend. These are general guidelines and must always be confirmed during a consultation.
Safety and expectations
The protocol should adapt to the skin barrier. Hygiene, product selection and knowing when not to treat are part of the result.
Cosmetics and fragrances can cause contact dermatitis even when marketed as natural or hypoallergenic.
Exfoliation, microdermabrasion and extractions can cause redness, irritation, small injuries or pigmentation changes.
Radiofrequency, laser and peel procedures require a different assessment and aftercare than cosmetic cleansing.
Gentle cleansing, moisturizing and daily sun protection are often more important than accumulating products or frequent sessions.
Frequently asked questions
03 — Answer questionsIt depends on sensitivity, hydration, oiliness, comedones, pigmentation, routine and recent procedures. The facial name alone does not determine candidacy.
It may support cosmetic care and selected comedones, but inflammatory acne requires diagnosis and a medical plan; more extraction is not a substitute.
Not every facial causes peeling. It depends on the active ingredients and intensity. Expected recovery is explained before treatment.
Frequency is individualized. A sensitive barrier may need longer intervals, and more sessions do not necessarily produce better results.
A simple routine with a gentle cleanser, suitable moisturizer and broad-spectrum sunscreen is usually the foundation.
