An informed decision
starts here.

A spa protocol can support gentle cleansing, hydration, comfort and the temporary appearance of the skin. Products and techniques should be selected according to skin type, allergies, sensitivity, sun exposure and recent procedures.

Spa care does not replace a dermatology evaluation when lesions change, bleed, hurt, cause persistent itching or suggest disease. Knowing when to provide care and when to refer is part of responsible treatment.

This page provides guidance but does not diagnose or replace a consultation. The final recommendation depends on a professional assessment.

Procedures you can
consider.

This is the clinic’s documented offering. Each procedure has its own indication, preparation, safety profile and follow-up.

Clinical noteEnergy-based procedures, peels and devices require a different assessment from a cosmetic-care facial.

What we can assess

Clear goals.
A proportionate plan.

Each goal is reviewed separately to avoid unnecessary treatment and organize options with realistic expectations.

01

Personalized facial

Cleansing, exfoliation or hydration adjusted to the skin barrier and individual tolerance.

02

Body wellness

Manual techniques and comfort-focused care with clear goals, without attributing unproven medical effects.

03

Sustainable routine

Basic guidance on cleansing, moisturizing and sun protection to extend care beyond the treatment room.

Clinical assessment

Before recommending,
we need to ask.

A responsible consultation does not begin with a procedure. It begins by identifying needs, medical history, limitations and alternatives.

Talk with our team
  1. 01

Skin type, sensitivity, allergies and reactions to previous products.

  2. 02

Use of retinoids, acids, isotretinoin or other relevant medications.

  3. 03

Pregnancy, recent procedures and sun exposure.

  4. 04

Active lesions, infection, dermatitis or findings that require medical evaluation.

From your first visit

Before deciding

Who may be
a candidate?

Candidacy is not determined by a photograph or a trend. These are general guidelines and must always be confirmed during a consultation.

It may be useful to consider if…
  • People seeking cleansing, hydration and comfort without invasive procedures.
  • Patients who want a routine compatible with their skin type.
  • Those who prefer gradual protocols with minimal downtime.
  • People preparing or supporting the skin around another treatment, when medically indicated.
It is better to postpone or ask first if…
  • Wounds, sunburn, infection or an active dermatitis flare.
  • Pigmented lesions or wounds that change, bleed or do not heal.
  • Recent procedures that still require recovery.
  • A known allergy to ingredients that cannot be substituted.

Safety and expectations

Gentle does not mean improvised.

Even noninvasive care can irritate the skin or worsen an active condition if it is not adapted to the patient.

01

Products containing fragrance, exfoliants or active ingredients may cause irritation or contact dermatitis.

02

Broad-spectrum sun protection is fundamental; no facial replaces daily skin care.

03

Microneedling and deeper peels have their own risks and require assessment, training and authorized devices when applicable.

04

Massage may support relaxation or help in some pain contexts, but it should not be presented as disease treatment or replace medical care.

Information before
your consultation.

01Can a facial treat a skin disease?

A spa protocol can support cosmetic care, but moderate or severe acne, rosacea, dermatitis, infections and suspicious lesions require medical diagnosis.

02Will my skin be irritated?

Gentle protocols are usually well tolerated, but any product may irritate. Sensitivity, active ingredients and recent treatments modify the risk.

03How often should I have a treatment?

Frequency depends on the goal, skin barrier and type of protocol. More sessions do not always mean better results.

04Can I combine it with another procedure?

The appropriate interval should be reviewed. Some treatments make skin temporarily more sensitive and require avoiding exfoliation, heat or friction.
